Basic Police Training for 140 cadets from SIPA and BP BiH

The Agency for Education and Professional Training received 140 cadets from the State Investigation and Protection Agency and Border Police of BiH for basic police training in the second week of August.

20 cadets from State Investigation and Protection Agency and Border Police of BiH each will attend the basic police training programme of level II  to acquire a rank of 'junior inspector', while 100 cadets from the Border Police of BiH started the basic police training programme of level I to acquire a rank of 'policeman' on August 10.

The cadets are divided in five classes. According to the new curricula (17 subjects), the basic police training programme of level II for SIPA cadets takes four months (two stages), for Border Police cadets six months (two stages), while the duration of the basic police training programme of level I for Border Police cadets of BiH remains unchanged, taking one year (three stages).

Prior to the beginning of the training, all cadets signed the agreements on mutual rights and obligations throughout the training.
