Responding to the needs of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies, the Agency for Education and Professional Training (AEPTM) hosted a basic police training course ‘Close VIP protection’ from March 25 to April 5, 2024. The training course was an opportunity for police officers to develop basic knowledge and skills and implement measures and actions that are required for providing immediate physical protection for VIPs.

The AEPTM instructors and certified instructors of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies,  Davor Anđelić, Alen Mujkanović, Samir Išerić and Muamer Klino, jointly led this training in five teaching phases, most of which were focused on practical work.

This kind of training is intended for BiH police officers and members of other security and law enforcement agencies. Eight police officers of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies and eight members of the Armed Forces of BiH successfully completed this training today.
