The training of multipliers in the field of work organization and competencies of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies (DKPT) was completed at the Agency for Education and Professional Training (AEPTM) today. The training was aimed at refreshing knowledge and enhancing skills that are necessary for planning, conducting, recording, and evaluating the educational process. Predrag Šupljeglav, Depuuty Director of the Agency, handed out the certificates of completion to the eight police officers from the Directorate who attended the training. They will join their colleagues in delivering lessons on the subject "Work Organization and Competencies of DKPT" as part of the second phase (job skill-based training) of the basic training of DKPT cadets.

The training, which was held on March 25-28, was held under the guidance of Marijana Jurković, an expert advisor and instructor of specialized training at AEPTM. She covered both theoretical and practical topics with the participants such as various forms of lifelong learning, basic principles of adult learning, the importance of developing and monitoring curricula, teaching methods and teaching aids, planning work hours, factors influencing the educational process, non-verbal communication in the educational process, and objective assessment.
