The liaison officers of the European Union Force (EUFOR) Headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zoran Taleski and Francesco Zanetti, visited the Agency for Education and Professional Training (AEPTM) today.

Director Marko Vujević informed them about the mandate and activities of the Agency, including the basic and specialist training programs for police agencies operating within the Ministry of Security of BiH. Vujević said he was proud of the achieved international cooperation that has contributed to introducing the international standards in all types of educational programs organized and implemented by the Agency for Education and Professional Training, which are tailored according to the needs of the state police agencies (State Investigation and Protection Agency SIPA, Border Police of BiH and the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies). 

The EUFOR liaison officers briefly presented the activities of EUFOR mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and expressed their desire to develop cooperation and partnership relations with the Agency for Education and Professional Training. During the tour of the facilities of the Agency for Education and Professional Training, Taleski and Zanetti could see firsthand a wide range of the resources used by AEPTM for various training courses, including those for the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

At the meeting with EUFOR representatives Director Vujević was accompanied by deputy director Predrag Šupljeglav and head of the Support Department Dunja Galić.
